Rivers State Gov. Nesom Wake said the people of the state would not vote for a presidential candidate who would either jail or kill him when elected to office.
Wike said this while speaking at a campaign rally in the Obio-Akpor LGA on Saturday.
He also praised the All Progressives Congress, APC, conservatives for their stance on a power shift to the South.
Wake said: “We will not support those who say they will kill me when they come to power.
We will not support those who say they will put me in jail when they come to power.
“Would you let them kill me? Would you vote for those who don’t want us to exist? Are you sure?”
