Samuel Gbadamusi, 60, was arrested Thursday in Olukuta prison by a main magistrates court in Akure, capital of Ondo state, for allegedly having sex with a minor.
Gbadamoussa, who is accused of statutory rape, was charged with the crime on January 4, 2023, at approximately 5:30 pm in Newsite Obasicula Street, Owo.

The defendant’s lawyer, Amoluru, pleaded with the court to temper justice with mercy and pledged to provide verifiable evidence and guarantees.
