Bimbo Akintola, the actress, has spoken out about being bullied for her support of Progressive Conference (APC) presidential candidate Paula Tinubu.
Bimbo Akintola stressed in a campaign video posted on her Instagram account a few hours ago that Nigerian netizens should stop attacking celebrities
According to her, everyone has the right to vote for whomever he wants and to advocate for whomever they want.
According to reports, this comes after the actor joined other celebrities such as Saidi Balogun, Dayo Amusa and Eniola Badmus in a rally for Tinubu in Lagos on Sunday.
Bimbo can be seen campaigning for the former Lagos state governor in an Instagram video.
Musiliu Akinsanya aka MC Oluomo, Chairman of the Lagos State Parks and Garages Management Commission, who led the march, described it as a five million man march in support of Tinubu and Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanu Thani’s Olu bid.
The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has announced that traffic will be diverted before the rally.
LASTMA advised motorists from Eko Bridge to Surulere to use the stadium bridge to Funsho Williams Avenue and then connect to their destination via Ojuelegba to Lawanson-Itire Road.
The march was also attended by Fuji player Basuma and actress Kudirat Surimi, better known as Mama No Network.
