President Muhammadu Buhari leaves Nigeria today for Washington, USA, to attend the week-long US-Africa Leaders’ Summit.
The Daily Mail learned in a statement made by the Senior Special Assistant to the President, Garba Shekhu, on Saturday.
And, he says, US President Joe Biden will look to “work with African governments, civil society, diaspora communities across the US, and the private sector to continue to advance our shared vision for the future of US-Africa relations.”
The forum will showcase the United States’ commitment to the development of the African continent and the region by improving economic and diplomatic institutions.
