EFCC arrests COO of Tompolo subsidiary Tantita

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has reportedly taken into custody Capt. Wardi Anisuh.

Enisoh is the Executive Director, Operations and Technology of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, TSSNL.

The security monitoring company is owned by a former militant leader, the government’s Ekpemupolo, better known as Tompolo.

President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration awarded a multi-billion-naira contract to Tantita in 2022 to protect oil pipelines.

It was gathered that Anisoh was coordinating an operation in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, to catch a major oil thief.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission got wind of it and called him on January 19, allegedly demanding that he reveal the source of his intelligence.

Anisouh was said to have refused, causing him to be kept in custody by the anti-graft committee.

The phone line for UEFA spokesman Wilson O’Wagaren was off when the Daily Post called on Saturday night.
