Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Party declared the Progressive Party public in seven of the eight local government areas in the presidential election results on Saturday by the Lagos State Classification Center of the Independent National Electoral Commission on Sunday.
However, the former Governor lost his local government, Ikeja to Peter Obi of the Labor Party.
Election results continued to filter in from some states with the Independent Electoral Commission declaring Tinubu the winner in Ekiti.
