Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric has described Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo as one of the best players in the club’s history.
Modric said what Ronaldo achieved at Real Madrid during his nine seasons at the Santiago Bernabéu is out of this world.
Speaking of Ronaldo, who recently signed with Al-Nassr, in a special edition of the Spanish League, the Croatian star said: “I think everyone will agree that Cristiano was one of the best, if not the best, Real Madrid player.
“Everything he did and achieved at Real Madrid in eight or nine years, how long he’s been here, was something out of this world.”
The Ballon d’Or winner added: “In terms of scoring goals, trophies, individual records and team titles, he was very impressive. He was a leader both on and off the field.”
