The dreams of Governor Darius Dixon, while handing over his electoral unit in the State Local Government Council to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, have turned into a mirage.
When tallying the results, it was observed that the presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party was lagging behind the presidential candidate of the Workers’ Party.
While it was noted that Peter Obi scored 211 votes, the PDD presidential candidate received 64 votes.
Aside from unit polling, the LP presidential candidate was also noted to be leading in the state.
