I’m sorry to act against you – Wike puts forward an Oshiomhole

Rivers State Governor Nisom Waik has publicly apologized to former All Progressives Congress National Chair, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole for his action against his candidate during the Edo State gubernatorial election in 2020.

The governor also apologized for everything he said about Oshiomhole during the election process in Edo state. Wake made the appeal while speaking during the commissioning of the Romopericum bridge in Port Harcourt on Wednesday.

Oshiomhole, who was the special guest star, commissioned the project.

Wike was the chair of the PDP Edo State Campaign Council that worked for the re-election of Governor Godwin Obaseki.

Since then Obaseki and Wake have fallen out.

Speaking at the event, Governor Waik said, “I’m using this opportunity to apologize to you. You know I came to Edo State to make sure your candidate didn’t win the election and you were actually responsible. Every day he’s out on TV to take you and you said you won’t win and you haven’t won.” With this mission. We now know who he is. I sincerely apologize to you.

“Every time you learn, people will praise you when you do it for them. The day you say no, you’re wrong, they start saying all kinds of things.”

However, Governor Wake accused Oshiomhole of sending security services to Rivers State in 2019 to influence the gubernatorial election.
