The Independent National Electoral Commission declared Tinubu the winner early Wednesday morning.
In his acceptance speech on Wednesday in Abuja, Tinubu said he would give full attention to the tragedies of young people and all Nigerians.
The elected president promised to improve the country’s education system.
Together with all Nigerians, he said, the country will shine a light among the nations.
“To the youth, I hear you loud and clear; we march together to improve the country. I will give full attention to your education. Education loans will be available, and there will be no more strikes. Our universities will have autonomy. I know where it hurts; you will see the reward for choosing me,” he said.
