Senior Special Assistant to Governor Dabo Abiodun in New Media, Emmanuel Ojo, accused the PDP’s House of Representatives candidate in Remo, Bola Oluwole, of sponsoring Monday’s riots in Sagamo.
Ojo, in a post on his social media account, said that Damilari Bello, the House of Representatives candidate in Sagamo 1 constituency, is also the culprit in the violent protest.
He said, “Prince Muhammad Damilare Bello, PDP House of Representatives candidate, Sagamo 1 constituency and Mr. , destroying valuables at the local government secretariat and attempting to burn down a commercial bank.
To hide their unpatriotic act, they also destroyed the phones of those who had recorded them while committing this dastardly act.
The security services are looking for them as we speak. You cannot disturb the peace we enjoy in Ogun State for any political gain.”
