Superstar Messi became the first player in the tournament twice, in 2014 and 2022.
The 35-year-old Paris Saint-Germain striker scored seven goals at the World Cup in Qatar and provided several assists.
Messi has been honored in top-flight competitions and leagues, including the UEFA Champions League, Copa América, La Liga, and Ligue 1.
The seven-time Ballon d’Or winner helped his country break a 36-year World Cup drought.
Messi also surpassed Portuguese international Cristiano Ronaldo’s record by adding the FIFA World Cup to his medals.
