Nnamdi Kanu: Tinubu promises to negotiate with southern agitators

Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu, has vowed to negotiate with all agitators in the southeast amid the Biafra agitation led by Nnamdi Kanu, indigenous leader of Biafra, IPOB.

Tinubu said negotiating with all agitators would ensure peace in the southeast if he is elected president in 2023.

He made the pledge during the APC presidential and gubernatorial campaign rally on Thursday in Ebonyi State.

Tinubu insisted that negotiation was the best way for people to get their demands and grievances out rather than resorting to violence.

He also promised to invest in education if elected president.

“Education is the greatest weapon against poverty. We will get our children educated. We will reform the education sector.”

We want peace, we will talk to all the instigators. You cannot obtain your desires by conflict but by sitting around the table complaining.

Recently, Cano has been at the forefront of advocates for the Biafra investigation.

Despite his imprisonment, IPOB continued to pursue Biafra.
