Nigerian striker Anthony Nwakimi has been included in the Saudi Professional League Team of the Week.
Noakim scored a goal in Al-Fayhaa’s 2-1 win over Al-Tai on Monday night.
The 33-year-old scored his team’s second goal of the match in the 21st minute.
The former Trabzonspor striker was also named man of the match after the hard-fought win.
Nwakimi has scored five goals in seven league matches for his club this season.
His compatriot Odion Ighalo was excluded from the squad, despite scoring in Al-Hilal’s 2-2 draw against Al-Nassr.
Nwakimi has been constantly linked with a return to Turkey with Besiktas.
