The All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, has described former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s endorsement of Labor Party, LP, presidential candidate Peter Obi, as “poison”.
Tinubu said Obasanjo was on a revenge mission and was looking for someone to manipulate him.
“It is poison,” Tinubu said in a statement. “The recent endorsement of Labor Party presidential candidate Peter Obi by Obasanjo is poison.
“The former president is on a revenge mission and is looking for someone he can manipulate.”
The APC flag bearer also confirmed that the HDP, Democratic Progressive Party, presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, was not fit to be president.
He asserted that Atiku was involved in car smuggling when he was a customs officer; Hence he is not qualified to be the President of Nigeria.
Tinubu said that Atiku’s claim that he made money trading cars while he was a customs officer is untrue.
He said, “Atiku was a customs officer who said he made money selling cars, and that is smuggling. He didn’t even know that a civil servant could not do any other work except farming. This is enough to disqualify him and he is unfit to be president.”
