Barring any last-minute change, Governor Dapo Abiodun will present the 2023 appropriation bill to the Ogun State House on Thursday, November 17, 2022.
This, according to a DAILY POST report, complies with Section 121 of the nation’s 1999 constitution.
At 10 a.m. Thursday, lawmakers will host Abiodun, according to a statement signed by House Clerk and Head of the Legislative Service, Deji Adeemo, said.
The statement indicated that the presentation of the proposed budget for 2023 will take place in the Sacred Hall of the Assembly Complex in Oak Musan, Abeokuta.
Ademo urged all invited stakeholders, guests and other government employees to be seated by 9:30 AM immediately.
The budget presentation is the fourth since the beginning of the current administration in the country.
