Katsina State Police Command said that they repelled a terrorist attack at Magama “Nipping Point” along Gibbia-Katsina Road and killed one terrorist while others escaped with varying degrees of gunshot wounds.
An AK-47, four lockers containing 90 rounds of 7.62mm, money and other items were recovered from the attackers.

According to Jambo, the killers who carried out the attack around 4:30 a.m. on Monday were in large numbers but their operatives were subdued after a violent gun duel.
SB Jumbo also indicated in the statement that search teams are still combing the area for terrorists.
