Premier League: Everton fans throw Iwobi’s shirt in his face after the 3-0 defeat to Bournemouth

Nigeria international Alex Iwobi saw the shirt thrown in front of Everton fans after their 3-0 defeat to Bournemouth on Saturday and was thrown by angry fans.

Iwobi was among the Everton players who came close to the end of the go, and he threw his shirt into the crowd to see it moments later.

Everton fans could not stand their anger at Frank Lampard and his men after watching them fall 3-0 to Bournemouth.

Police and match officials were on the ground to calm the situation after a heated exchange between Toffees fans and club captain Seamus Coleman.

Lampard was also seen dragging goalkeeper Jordan Pickford away after the full-time whistle.

Bournemouth beat Everton 4-1 in the Carabao Cup midweek and within four days, beat them again in the Premier League and sent them into the relegation zone.
