Chelsea striker Joao Felix has suggested he would be keen to join the club permanently in the summer if the Blues play in the Champions League next season.
Felix is currently on loan to Chelsea from Atletico Madrid.
His loan contract with Chelsea expires at the end of the season.
ESPN quoted Felix as saying before Chelsea’s Champions League match against Dortmund on Tuesday night, “As for whether I want to stay or not, I think the future is nobody knows.”
“Now I just focus on tomorrow’s game. After that, we don’t know what will happen.
“But I’m happy here. The club is so big, it’s amazing, everyone behind the club is so good, so yeah, I’m happy to be here.”
He added: “Playing the Champions League, it is [an] important decision. But the future, nobody knows, so let’s see what happens.”
