Enzo Fernandes, Chelsea’s most expensive signing, made three promises to the club.
Fernandes said he will always try to have faith in Chelsea, to win everything possible and continue to develop as a player at Stamford Bridge.
According to the midfielder, winning titles is his main goal at Chelsea, as well as enjoying football, insisting that he has never felt any kind of pressure on his shoulders in his life.
The Argentina World Cup winner recently joined Chelsea from Benfica for €120m during the January transfer window.
“I try to enjoy these moments and football, because that’s what I’m passionate about,” Fernandez told the club’s website.
“I have never felt any kind of pressure on my shoulder. Never in my life.
“I’ve always longed to play in the Premier League. Chelsea FC gave me the opportunity to play here, and I’m grateful for their confidence. Honestly, since I landed here, I’ve felt at home.
“The World Cup is like reaching for the sky! For me, that is eternal glory. But one needs to keep focus and believe in oneself.
“I will always try to trust us, to win everything possible and to keep developing as a player. Winning titles is the main goal, as well as enjoying football.”
