Premier League: We were rubbish – Ten Hag singled out 3 Manchester United players after the 3-0 win over Leicester
Manchester United coach Eric ten Hag described the first half of the English Premier League confrontation with Leicester City as nonsense.
He also paid tribute to three of his players after their 3-0 win over Leicester City.
Marcus Rashford scored twice while Jadon added a third to give the Old Trafford hosts all three points at Old Trafford.
Leicester City dominated the first half and came close to opening the scoring through Harvey Barnes and Kelechi Iheanacho.
David De Gea made some great saves to keep the Foxes away on both occasions.
“It was a really tough day but it was in the beginning that Leicester played brilliantly but in the second we were rubbish.
“Only thanks to David De Gea did we get a clean sheet until the end of the first half. We were lucky because we scored a goal. A great ball from Bruno, a great run from Rashi.”
