Former England defender Stuart Pearce has slammed Manchester United’s Brazilian import, Anthony, saying the winger bothers him too much.

Marcus Rashford came off the bench to score in the 76th minute to give the Red Devils all three points on Saturday.

The victory put Erik ten Hag’s side into fourth place, having won 10 of their last 14 matches in all competitions.

“Anthony has no intention of being tracked, Wolves can get a lot of joy in that aspect,” he told TalkSPORT.

“Anthony failed to make an impact – he gave up the ball on too many occasions.

“He takes the life out of me, every time he gets the ball he points to his team mates and tells them what to do.

“He’s definitely talking more than listening now.”
