Presidential Election: National President of the APC, Adamu loses unit polling to Peter Obi
The ruling Progressive Congress Party’s National Chair, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, lost the presidential election in his Angwarimi Ward, GRA A1, LERCEST office in Keffi, Nasarawa State to the Labor Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
Obi won Unity with 132 votes cast, while the General People’s Congress party received 85 votes for second place.
In the upper house elections: the APC received 55 votes, the Workers’ Party 42, the People’s Democratic Party 22 votes, NNPP (4), ADC (1), ZLP (3), SDP (184) ).
However, seven votes were counted as invalid.
In the House of Representatives: APC has 46 votes, PDP (41), LP (30), NNPP (4), APGA (1), AA (21), SDP (159) and ADC (2).
Meanwhile, sixteen votes were deemed invalid.
