“The PDP demands in the strongest terms that the Chairperson of the Independent Electoral Commission, Professor Mahmud Yakubu, warns the Commission officials in Kaduna, Kano, Katsina and Zamfara states against manipulation of the election results as cast in the polling units. The Chair of the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) must also direct the immediate transmission of results to the INEC server.
