“For me, Wael Gomaa is a great player, but I like the quality of defenders like Ibrahim Saeed,” Hazem added in a televised statement on Remontada.
And he added: “It is possible that a player like Ibrahim Saeed comes along every 50 years and if he had been retained he would have played in a different position.”
And he continued: “I love Hossam Hassan and I signed for Blade for Zamalek when I was a player at Petrojet because my love for him and his departure from Zamalek was the reason I didn’t move to the White Castle.”
And he added: “I haven’t seen a strong Egyptian coach since Hassan Shehata, and there hasn’t been an Egyptian coach with a real footprint since him.”
He continued: “When I moved to Al-Ahly, I was attacked and they told me that I was from Zamalek and when I was a player at Petrojet they gave me back statements where I said that Al-Ahly won the referees and these statements were normal then because I was a player at Petrojet and I felt that the judge had a bias towards us.”

And he concluded: “People on the streets, even Al-Ahli fans, were incited against me, and I stayed for 3-4 months to prove that I am Ahli.”
