The All Progressives Council (APC) candidate for governor of Taraba State, Sen. Emmanuel Boacha, said the people of the state are tired of politicians who enjoy doing business with the future of the masses.
People, especially those at the grassroots, are fed up with politicians who “just come, run, lose and run to Abuja to look for dates,” Buasha, who made the announcement on Monday during an interactive session with journalists in Jalingo, said.
It has also been noted that he identified pressure from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to have a negative impact on the APC, stating that “pressure from the People’s Democratic Party seems to be of great importance to a few members of our party.”
He views the PDP as a sinking ship which he believes has eaten deep into the tight bones of a few APC members, “once you attach to the ship” as he notes it “begins to sink too”.
Trusting in God that aggrieved party members will see reasons to put aside their grievances in the interest of the party, the candidate who described the APC in Taraba as a “hurricane coming on earth” said that “the APC hurricane” would not only “create understanding” but also make members see reasons to work together As a family to liberate the state.
