The draw for the round of 16 of this season’s King’s Cup has been announced.
The draw was made at the headquarters of the Royal Spanish Football Federation this Saturday afternoon in Spain.
The round of 16 matches are scheduled to take place on January 17, 18 or 19.
Again, matches are one-on-one ties only, meaning extra time and penalties may be used if matches are even.
The draw dropped Barcelona away to Ceuta in the round of 16 of the King’s Cup.
Ceuta plays in the third division of Spanish football, and is the lowest ranked team in the competition.
