The name of the referee who will manage the friendly match between Egypt and Belgium has been announced

Moayad Shehab, the head of the organizing committee of the Egypt-Belgium match, announced the referee who will manage the upcoming meeting between the two teams, which is scheduled to be held in Kuwait.

Egypt will play a friendly match against Belgium next Friday, November 18, at the Jabir Al-Ahmad Stadium in Kuwait.

“The Egypt-Belgium match will be managed by the Kuwaiti arbitration team led by referee Ali Mahmoud,” Shehab said in a statement to the “Koora Everyday” program broadcast on Al-Hayat channel.

“The match stadium can hold 58,000 fans and we expect 40,000 fans to attend and there is demand for tickets,” he added.

He continued: “The African champion Egypt team has elements that stand out like the pride of the Arabs, Mohamed Salah. It was a great celebration of the arrival of the Egyptian team in Kuwait, it was like a celebration and everyone was happy and full of acceptance.”

He continued: “We are waiting for Mohamed Salah to come to join the national team tomorrow. The Egyptian team is very popular in Kuwait.”

And he concluded: “The Belgian team wanted to go to a short camp before the World Cup. It was Belgium who wanted to face the Egyptian team. There was a compromise between Algeria and Egypt, but Belgium preferred to face Egypt. The last training before going to the World Cup.”
