The villains allegedly set fire to the palace of the Ari of Eri in Osun

Uneasiness reigned in the town of Erie as the Erie of Eyre mansion caught fire Thursday night.

Eyewitnesses revealed that angry residents had set fire to some buildings inside Ari Palace, in the North Burepi Local Council Development Area in Osun.

Some witnesses also explained that the buildings were set on fire by the thugs.

They explained that the fire incident was a result of opposition to the arrest of Commander Suleo Atoebe, Ogun of Erie by agents of the Department of State Services (DSS).

It was reported that the accident resulted in the closure of most of the roads within the Polytechnic City.

Remember that in November, some people who opposed the government’s enthronement of Oba Yinosa Olalikan Akadiri burned down the Akinrun Palace of Ikinrun.

Akinrun Palace was burned to prevent the king from reaching it.

In the meantime, Lukman Omola, a native of the town, was shot dead.
