UEFA Champions League: Built to win – Mbappe sets the squad to lift the trophy after PSG’s exit

Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe has admitted that Bayern Munich are “determined to win the Champions League”.

Mbappe failed to score against the Bundesliga champions in two matches as they lost 3-0 on aggregate.

This marks another year of failure for Paris Saint-Germain in Europe’s elite club competition.

But Mbappe was full of praise for Bayern and told them to go ahead and lift the trophy.

“Bayern have a great team, a great team, they have a team built to win the Champions League.

“I said at the start of the season during the first press conference that we will do our best.

“The maximum we have is this. This is the truth,” said Mbappe.
